At DAC Group, my objective was to break through that corporate wall for a portfolio of State Farm clients. Operating at a management level as a Social Media Coordinator, I was responsible for their digital presence. I built every client's social presence from scratch, defining their personas, content pillars, and tone through direct conversations and audience research, then handled all creative production across video, graphics, and copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. On top of production, I ran the analytics, presented quarterly strategy reviews directly to clients, and used performance data to shape what we did next, contributing to massive follower growth, engagement rate, and an 82% client renewal rate.

Challenge

Figuring out how to make insurance cool on the internet. I had to ditch the corporate jargon and use creative trends to turn a traditionally "boring" niche into scroll-stopping social content.

Solution

Building the clients up as local influencers who offered a helping hand. By pairing clean, visually appealing graphics with a relatable persona, I focused on guiding the community through insurance instead of just selling to them.
