At DAC Group, my objective was to break through that corporate wall for a portfolio of State Farm clients. Operating at a management level as a Social Media Coordinator, I was responsible for their digital presence. The challenge was executing the entire social media pipeline for dozens of localized businesses.

Challenge

Figuring out how to make insurance cool on the internet. I had to ditch the corporate jargon and use creative trends to turn a traditionally "boring" niche into scroll-stopping social content.

Solution

Building the clients up as local influencers who offered a helping hand. By pairing clean, visually appealing graphics with a relatable persona, I focused on guiding the community through insurance instead of just selling to them.
